Sarah L. Gilbert

Born and raised in the United Kingdom, Sarah moved to and has been a permanent resident in the United States since 1994. While in the United Kingdom, Sarah served as a Personal Assistant to C-level Executives at one of the largest construction firms in the U.K., before forging a highly successful career in the multi-billion dollar Staffing Industry.
As a Director of Operations at Manpower, at the time the world's largest staffing firm, and later as Client Service Director at Initial Services/HMS Personnel, Sarah was chosen to lead a cross functional Quality Action Team, due to her expertise in Business Process Reengineering, whose remit was a complete overhaul of the company's business processes.
Sarah transferred to Initial Services' $300 million US subsidiary, Talent Tree Staffing Services, in 1994, where she designed and implemented a performance management system for the Operations staff coupled with a modular Business Development training program. Sarah was also responsible for creating, implementing & retaining Talent Tree's ISO 9002 Quality Assurance Program.
From 2001-2007, Sarah served as a Director of the British American Business Group, and from 2005-2006, as President of this 500+ member organization based in Atlanta. Due to her many achievements within Atlanta's British-American community, Sarah was awarded the Oglethorpe Shield by Her Majesty's Consul General for the Southeast USA in 2012.
In her personal life, Sarah has four children, enjoys world travel, playing bridge, and is actively involved in yoga and personal fitness regimes.
